Course with weekly frequency certified Agama Yoga level 1-2-3, an excellent immersion into Hatha yoga, Kriya yoga, Nidra Yoga, Mantra Yoga, Raja Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and Bhakty Yoga. It also includes teaching about a variety of topics like: moral end ethic behavior, purification of the body and of the mind, mental concentration and meditation techniques, philosophical yogic topics, mastery and transmutation of sexual energy, health and diet, and much more. Every class is comprehensive of a theoretical teaching and a Hatha Yoga practice to directly experiment the concept just learned, and every student will receive printed material with all the information of the day. At the end of the course you will receive a certificate of attendance that will allow you to move forward through the program.
